Bibliography Section Updated

The Bibliography section of IMoLIN was updated under the new heading: "Money Laundering, Financing of Terrorism, Good Governance and Related Topics".  A new sub-section on good governance was created, which mainly consists of UNODC publications relating to good governance as well as the joint World Bank and UNODC Stolen Asset Recovery (StAR) Initiative entitled: "The World Bank and United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime, Stolen Asset Recovery (StAR) Initiative: Challenges, Opportunities, and Action Plan".  An additional 25 books/articles and other publications covering all aspects of anti-money laundering, countering the financing of terrorism and good governance were added.  The Bibliography section was last updated in 2005 and with the new additions aims to better serve IMoLIN users by providing comprehensive updated reference material.
